The prices are very reasonable usually around 45-50/night, but with that you get a full kitchen, fitness center, business center, dry cleaning service, air conditioning, barbecue grills, safe deposit box, complimentary wireless internet access, and of course cable television. There are many reasons why a person would need an extended stay motel or hotel, but a big one is when a family is moving for one reason or another. Which brings me to one of the nicest perks offered by Candlewood Suites…Pets are allowed! I know lots of families who struggle trying to find a place for their cat or dog to stay in/at while they stay at a hotel or motel, and Candlewood Suites takes that out of the equation. You’re going to need to get out of the room at least once in a while, and when you do you can stretch your legs at one of the two beautiful parks (Southpoint and Deerwood Parks) located about a half mile away (walking distance). In that same distance you also have the convenience of St. Lukes Hospital, and little down the road you have St. Johns Town Center Mall which you’ll be able to find most of what you need to live on while you enjoy your stay.
The Staff is wonderful. My stay there was made even better when I found out my friend who speaks spanish was able to perfectly communicate with the multilingual staff, anything we asked for (within reason) was accommodated to us, they were always friendly and courteous and knew of all the great places to eat, visit and enjoy.
